About Civils Phodo :
Civils Phodo is a dynamic and fast-growing educational institute dedicated to providing top-quality resources and innovative learning experiences for UPSC aspirants. We are looking for skilled and creative individuals to join our team as Virtual Camera Operators (OBS) and Camera Operators to enhance the quality of our video production and live streaming.

OBS Virtual Camera Operator

Responsibilities :

• Operate and manage OBS Studio for live streaming and video recording.
• Set up virtual cameras, overlays, and scenes for educational content.
• Ensure smooth transitions, audio-visual synchronization, and streaming quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to OBS during live sessions or recordings.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement creative ideas for video presentations.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in OBS Studio or similar broadcasting software.
• Basic knowledge of video production and live streaming.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with educational content production is a plus.

Camera Operator

Responsibilities :

• Operate professional cameras for recording educational sessions, promotional videos, and events.
• Adjust camera settings such as focus, exposure, and composition to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with the director and production team to execute creative shooting plans.
• Ensure proper lighting and framing during live or recorded sessions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot camera equipment as needed.

Requirements :

• Experience with professional camera equipment and video recording.
• Understanding of basic cinematography techniques.
• Ability to handle and set up equipment efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with educational content production is a plus.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
