JOB DESCRIPTION

ABODE School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher responsible for delivering engaging science lessons, fostering curiosity and a love for science in students, encouraging them to explore and discover the world around them through hands-on experiments and projects.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Demonstrate child-centric behaviour and use positive language and interactions with children. Develop and deliver engaging Science lessons aligning with the school's curriculum. Conduct experiments and demonstrations to illustrate scientific principles. Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments, providing feedback and support for improvement. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction, to meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborate effectively as a team member. Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills. Exhibit readiness to learn and adapt to new philosophy.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) or related field.

2. Over 5 years of experience in teaching Science, preferably higher grades Cambridge school.
