We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled female candidate for the position of Calling Executive . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel , and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update and manage data in Excel, including reporting and tracking customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to generate business.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
• Females only .
