Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments in a professional and courteous manner.
• Build rapport and maintain client relationships to facilitate timely payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and payment agreements.
• Assist in developing strategies to streamline the payment process and reduce delays.
Requirements:
• Female candidate with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with clients.
• Prior experience in customer relations or debt collection preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
