We are looking for a

Calling Executive

with excellent communication skills in

Hindi

. Preference will be given to

Himachali female candidates

who can engage effectively with customers, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and provide necessary information. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain records of interactions and follow up as required. Promote company services/products when needed. Ensure a positive customer experience with a professional and friendly approach.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in

Hindi

Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and polite approach. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling calls. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidate from

Himachal Pradesh

. Comfortable in handling customer interactions over the phone.
