We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers for sales, service, or follow-ups.
• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely resolutions.
• Achieve set targets for call handling, sales, or other KPIs (if applicable).
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
