Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 8,461.70 - 15,000.00 per month Benefits:
