Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our products or services. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales in the system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up on leads and ensure conversion targets are met.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth.
• Adhere to company policies and scripts while communicating with customers.

Qualifications and Skills :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].
• Strong listening and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Multilingual skills (if applicable).

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
