The organization is ISO 9001:2015 certified by TUV SUD and has over 20 years of excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Caller. The caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and validate contact information. The caller will also handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about Dolfix services to potential and existing clients. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service Proficiency in English and Tamil Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Attention to detail and accuracy Experience in the construction industry is a plus A bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
