Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Aglow Traders, located in Chennai. The Caller will be responsible for making outgoing calls and handling incoming calls from potential customers, documenting necessary customer information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Caller will also be responsible for maintaining a log of all calls made and received and reporting any issues or feedback to their team lead or manager. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Tamil Previous experience in customer service or a similar role Ability to multitask and handle large volumes of calls Familiarity with basic computer programs and call center equipment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor\'s degree preferred
