Real Estate Telecaller Executive About the Role: As a Real Estate Telecaller Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales for our dynamic real estate company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our properties, and qualifying leads. Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Calling: Actively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and warm calling. • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and interests. • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our real estate offerings, including property features, pricing, and location details. • Client Interaction: Build rapport with potential clients and answer their queries effectively. • Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to achieve sales targets.
