Job Summary :
We are looking for a Call Quality Analyst to evaluate sales calls, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer service guidelines. The role focuses on improving call quality, sales techniques, and customer satisfaction by providing feedback and performance insights to sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
• Monitor and assess sales calls based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide feedback to sales representatives for improving communication, objection handling, and upselling.
• Collaborate with the training team to refine sales training programs.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements to enhance call quality and sales performance.
• Conduct calibration sessions with team leads to align on quality standards.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in call quality analysis, preferably in sales.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
