Ensuring daily team/individual delivery with the agreed
quality thresholds
Live monitoring of the team.
Providing timely feedback to the Sales executives
Ensure the team is versed with the guidelines
Daily Performance reporting
Come up with initiatives and improvement plans.
Participate in Calibration sessions and employee
communication sessions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
