Are you an energetic and compassionate communicator? Arteva Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for two dynamic Call Officers to join our team in Dehradun!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Assist senior citizens through our helpline service
- Provide information and guidance with empathy
- Multi-task and manage call logs, reports, and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate:
- Active with excellent communication skills
- Experience in social service or a background in assisting senior citizens is a plus
- Multi-tasker with a positive attitude
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Knowledge of senior citizen helplines is highly desirable
