Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Meet performance targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month Benefits:
