Job Title : Call Coordinator
Location : Kanchipuram.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Call Coordinator to manage and route incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between clients, team members, and departments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of calls and updates in the system.
- Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or follow-ups as needed.
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues to relevant teams.
- Provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer software.
- Prior experience in customer service or coordination roles is preferred.
