We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated female candidates for a work-from-home position focused on call management and coordination within our two-wheeler workshop. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, addressing their concerns and providing necessary information regarding our two-wheeler workshop services. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar to ensure efficient time management for the workshop team. Coordinate with technicians and other staff members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Collaborate with the sales team to assist in lead generation and customer follow-up, fostering a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our designated systems or software. Offer support and assistance to the workshop manager in day-to-day operations as required. Requirements: Female candidates with excellent communication skills and fluency in the local language. Proficiency in handling calls and resolving customer queries effectively and professionally. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability. Prior experience in customer service, call handling, or coordination roles would be an advantage.
