A Call Centre Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of call centre agents, providing guidance, and ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating a team of call centre agents to achieve their goals and targets Providing coaching and training to improve performance and customer service Monitoring and analyzing team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes Escalating issues to senior management when necessary Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Building strong relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders Communicating effectively with team members, management, and customers Managing and prioritizing tasks and projects to meet deadlines Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Developing and maintaining a positive and productive work environment ROLES: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in a call centre or customer service environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: 8,086.00 - 32,202.23 per month Benefits:
