We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Centre Team Lead to manage and drive our outbound call operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing call centre teams, optimizing performance, and achieving sales and customer engagement targets. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of outbound call agents, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a motivated and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management:
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of outbound call agents.
• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, performance, and areas of improvement.
• Performance Optimization:
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize outbound call processes and enhance team productivity.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, call quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Training and Development:
• Design and deliver training programs to improve the skills and capabilities of the outbound call team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the training content.
• Operational Oversight:
• Manage daily operations of the outbound call center, including shift scheduling and resource allocation.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, achievements, and areas needing attention.
• Utilize data to drive decisions and strategies for improving outbound call effectiveness.

Pay: ?65,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
