Job Title: BPO Associate - Work from Home
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
We are seeking a motivated and reliable BPO Associate to join our remote team. As a BPO Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products, services, and account details.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security protocols
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or BPO role is a required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email platforms).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• A positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• MUST HAVE A LAPTOP (WINDOWS 10 & ABOVE) AND USB HEADSET.
• MUST HAVE A DEDICATED INTERNET CONNECTION - NO HOTSPOTS
• MUST TRAVEL TO HEAD OFFICE FOR 7 DAYS PAID TRAINING
• MUST ATTEND MONTHLY OFFICE MEETINGS IN HEAD OFFICE.
• NO FRESHERS - ONLY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES WITH INTERNATIONAL SALES EXPERIENCE.
