:
The Call Center Operator for Doctor Support will be responsible for handling team & client calls, assisting doctors with queries related to MyRx services, and ensuring a smooth teleconsultation and EMR experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Client Call Management: Respond to and manage calls from doctors, providing information and resolving issues related to MyRx services.
Account Setup and Support: Assist doctors with onboarding, including account creation, login support, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
Service Guidance: Provide information on MyRx's services such as teleconsultation, EMR, e-prescription, and patient management tools.
Issue Resolution: Log, track, and resolve any service issues or complaints from doctors, coordinating with relevant teams for quick resolution.
Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with doctors, ensuring all follow-up actions are documented.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all calls and doctor interactions adhere to MyRx's standards, policies, and any relevant healthcare regulations.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with healthcare and telemedicine terminology is advantageous.
