Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service, confirm orders, and upsell products to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Confirm orders placed by customers via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Upsell additional products or accessories to customers based on their preferences and purchase history. Provide product information, sizing guidance, and style recommendations to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Strong persuasive skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software. A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
