About Us:
VeesWorld is a leading software development company, and we are expanding our team! We have 4 immediate openings for Call Centre Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to clients worldwide.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly target closings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in any other language other than Malayalam (e.g., Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, Filipino, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre or customer service role is mandatory.

Salary:

• INR 14,000 to 17,000 per month + incentives based on target closings.

Benefits:

• Partial work-from-home option available for high performers.
• Incentives and bonuses based on performance.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be ready to join within 5 to 10 days once selected.
