Roles and responsibilities :
• Conduct outbound calls for B2B Website and Digital Marketing sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Persuade clients to invest in company projects.
• Maintain up-to-date service knowledge and provide accurate information.
• Ensure client satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships, upselling.
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

• Smart and Energetic
• Excellent Communication Skills in English, Acquainted in Cold Calling, Problem solving and convincing
• Must have experience in Australia and UK Voice Process
Shift- Monday to Friday
Time- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
