What Will You Drive?
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to buying, selling, or exchanging vehicles.
Provide accurate information about CARS24 services, pricing, and procedures, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary to the appropriate teams.
Follow up with potential customers, guiding them through the process and improving conversion rates.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system for seamless tracking and resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer queries are addressed efficiently.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales support.
Who We Are Looking For?
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in e-commerce, automotive, or financial services.
Excellent communication skills in English and [mention other relevant regional languages].
