Responsibilities:

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Following Communication Scripts
  • Providing Customer Support
  • Identifying Customer Needs
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Being a quick learner who can adapt scripts and responses when faced with unexpected situations during calls
Requirements and Skills:
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening, are essential.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding performance & Sales targets
