Note: This job is based in Malaysia
Responsibilities:
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client CRM accounts, providing updates and information
Collaborate with other departments in case of cross-department issue
Being a reliable source of information for the customers and soon-to-be customers
Leading the customers to start their journey in the forex systems
Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven related experience (call center sales agent/BDO) within the Forex industry, financial or telecommunication services
At least 1 year working experience in Sales area
English level proficiency B1
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills
A patient and empathetic attitude
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to speak Hindi/Tamil/Marathi
Should be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Should be willing to work on shift hours
