Role & Responsibilities - To provide customer support through voice calls pertaining to Dreams 11 platform query & complaints
Highest Education - Graduate (In Any stream)
Prior Exp - 1 year in Customer Service and Collection role from any US based program (Must have exp supporting docs during Interview procedure)
Shifts - US Shifts - No transport during odd hours shifts
WOFF - 2 WO in a week - Rotational Basis (No Fixed Offs)
Comms Skills - Candidates should have excellent command over English language, Versant 60 & above
CTC - 50K Per month
Levels of Interviews - HR Round & Ops Round
Mode of Interview - HR & Ops round - PI round & Virtual (All documents should be available during PI round)
Other Terms - Should not require any planned leaves for more than 1 day during next 3 months from joining & Should be Flexible with shifts hours. Should be stable in previous work history.
