Job Summary:
As a Call Centre Representative at Bodhi School of Yoga, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our prospective and existing clients. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing information about our courses, resolving concerns, and supporting customer needs. Your role will involve promoting our programs and services to build customer relationships and foster an environment of wellness and positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from prospective and current students.
• Provide accurate information about the courses, schedules, fees, and benefits of our programs.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Lead Generation and Sales:
• Educate prospective students about the benefits of yoga and Bodhi School's offerings.
• Convert inquiries into course enrollments by effectively explaining the advantages of each program.
• Follow up with potential students to provide additional information and encourage enrollment.
• Support and Assistance:
• Help students with the registration process and payment options.
• Provide post-enrollment support, including course material guidance, schedule clarifications, and technical assistance.
• Offer compassionate support and guidance to students in alignment with our wellness-oriented mission.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the database.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on the number of calls, inquiries, and conversions.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with other departments (like the Training and Marketing teams) to provide seamless customer service.
• Share feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve Bodhi School's programs and services.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is advantageous.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Attributes: Passionate about wellness and yoga, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?9,162.73 - ?31,886.91 per month
Schedule:
