Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents
