Answer incoming customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

Provide quality customer service by resolving issues effectively

Document and update customer information according to company guidelines

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers

Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents
