Key Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records as per company protocols.
• Achieve set targets in terms of call quality and productivity.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an English voice process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Hindi is a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operations.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Desired Skills :
• Multitasking ability and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
