We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller/Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys in Malayalam, updating data in Google Sheets, and providing daily reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telephonic surveys in Malayalam with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately record survey responses and update data in Google Sheets.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Provide daily EOD reports summarizing survey results and activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve processes.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Malayalam (both spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
