• Responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience with the company. They can do this by:
• Providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
• Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Recording and managing customer accounts through CRM systems.
• Informing customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, and policies
• Overseeing timely delivery and payment of sales orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?9,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
