Technical Support: Offering guidance on technical issues, assisting with setup and troubleshooting of products or services. Compliance: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Training and Development: Participating in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks efficiently, such as handling calls while updating records or managing chat support simultaneously.
