Call Center Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a Tamil-speaking Call Center Executive for our collections team. The role involves contacting customers for dues collection, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Work timings are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM , with Sundays and second Saturdays off . ESI and PF benefits are provided. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle collection calls efficiently.
