We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team, specializing in the automobile four-wheeler segment. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries related to four-wheeler products, services, and policies.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
• Assist customers in booking test drives, service appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on leads and queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide seamless customer support and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role, preferably in the automobile sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using Ms Office
