Shift - 24x7, rotational shift
Transport - provided only for night shift (either pickup or Drop)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive in Bengaluru. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, service, communication, working in contact centers related tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Contact Center operations experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in using call center technology and CRM software
• Prior experience in a similar role into international Voice Process (US) is a must
• Willingness to work on rotational shift, Desired from E-commerce / Fulfillment Centers or Logistics domain experience

Note: Most of the rounds can be on video call, only once the candidate will have to come in person.
