Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
• Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, confirm orders, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Problem Resolution
• Listen to customer concerns, provide accurate information, and offer effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping:
• Accurately enter customer information and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments into the company's system.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Quality Assurance:
• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Participate in regular training sessions and quality assurance activities to improve performance.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 6 months of experience
• Education: High school diploma or any degree
• Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
