Job Description

1. Inbound calls - Understanding and capturing customer needs and preferences
2. Order Management - Coordinating with Customers, Partners and Other Third-party Services for timely servicing of assigned orders
3. Complaint Handling - Delivering a wonderful experience for customers with prompt and timely services
4. Partner Menu & Healthcheck Audit - Daily audits of partners to ensure all outlets are open timely.
5. Outbound Calls - Occasionally feedback calling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,141.55 - ?17,426.73 per month
