:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers need, clarify information and direct them to concern departments
• Keep records of all conversations in call center database

• Strong Interpersonal relationship
• Emotional intelligence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
