We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Call Centre Executive to join our team at Mahajan Eye Centre. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and clients, assisting them with inquiries, appointment bookings, and providing information regarding our eye care services. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and address inquiries from patients, clients, and potential customers regarding our services. Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations, surgeries, and follow-ups. Provide accurate information about services, prices, and availability. Handle patient complaints or issues with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Follow up on appointments, reminders, and patient queries. Maintain records of all customer interactions in the database. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services. Ensure all calls are answered in a courteous and efficient manner. Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
