We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries efficiently. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, or questions effectively.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Troubleshoot basic issues or guide customers through processes.
• Data Management:
• Accurately record customer information, call details, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
• Sales and Retention (If Applicable):
• Upsell products or services as part of outbound campaigns.
• Retain customers by offering tailored solutions or discounts when needed.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adherence to Protocols:
• Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
