• Process customer orders via phone, email, or online.
• Verify order details and enter information accurately into the system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and conduct quality checks.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
