A young and passionate individual looking for a stable job in calling department ,where he/she can easily communicate with clients and has good convincing power.
- Good command on Hindi.
- Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Maintain good customer relations.
