JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
? Good communication skill
? Well versed with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
? Knowledge of MS Access would be added benefit
? Good overall computer knowledge
? Experience with 1 to 2 years
? Well versed with background verification profile if experienced
? Should have Customer Service experience.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Daily processing applications and updating the same in Excel and Database.
? Outbound calling to customers to verify their profile.
? Resolving customer queries.
? Co-ordinate with network marketing companies and clients with respect to different
requirements.
? Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
? Data Maintenance
? Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
