Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy. 1 to 3 Years of Experience Calibration and validation of Powertrain functions for the specific engine/vehicle control unit based on the project requirements Execute calibration work packages as per project agreement Handling and Tracking Pre-Calibration and Neutral Calibration requirements Support Dataset Management and OBD Certification Documentation activities Coordination with internal cross functional teams and customer Strict adherence to compliance requirements Basic understanding of Engine management system, overview of sensors and actuators OBD calibration-Fault recognition & Fault healing calibration, MIL activation strategies Data review for the Variant projects and creation of the deliverables version and its documentation Usage of tools like INCA, MDA, Uniplot, Matlab etc. Good communication skills, Proactive and enterprising approach to work in time constrained environment Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Willingness to relocate or travel extensively as part of calibration activities Quick in understanding technical relations and consequences Good driving skills for vehicle calibration activities (valid DL) Field data analysis and report creation Calibration data and status update in ICDM & VCDM Support for calibration efficiency improvements and innovation Calibration automation and tools development Mandatory IC Engines proficiency, Engine management system, Sensor and Actuators overview, Engine and Vehicle calibration, Automotive diagnosis, Calibration project coordination, documentation on MS word, Excel and power point and English language proficiency Advantage Calibration tool INCA, Matlab scripting & Basic software programming(eg. python), Dataset management tools (iCDM, vCDM), Labcar, Vehicle diagnostic tools And Vehicle driving skill with valid license Skills & Experience Calibration Procedures, Calibration Systems, Calibrators, Instrument Calibrations, Software Testing Process Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
