Global Service Supply Chain
Maintenance Operation-Tools INOne Tools department is operating Tool Warehouses in different countries in globally and Tools Region APC IN is part of one. India Tools warehouse is supplying Installation & Commissioning tools to Project department, Operation & Maintenance tools to Service department. Our aim is to deliver qualified tools to our stakeholder to operate the Construction & Service activity safer, smarter & better way and to be sustaining Vestas a global leader in wind energy sector.Responsibilities

  • Maintain and produce accurate calibration and equipment maintenance records
  • Complete calibration and inspection activities on Critical to Quality (CTQ) tools and Lifting Tools
  • Preparing and validating the SOP/WI, Preparing uncertainty calculation and uncertainty budget
  • Maintain and produce accurate calibration and equipment maintenance records.
  • Ensure all equipment is serviced within the specified time period.
  • Coordinate with the site team to execute calibration and inspection activities.
  • Interact with clients regarding calibration requirements.
  • Address client queries and concerns
  • Complete calibration and inspection activities on Critical to Quality (CTQ) tools and Lifting Tools.
  • Preparing and validating the SOP/WI, Preparing uncertainty calculation and uncertainty budget
  • Prepare and update the Quality Manual.
  • Demonstrate high-level knowledge in NABL, ISO, and other local regulations for calibration and inspection of Tools & Tackles.
  • Oversee the entire accreditation process for the calibration laboratory.
  • Demonstrate high-level knowledge in NABL, ISO, and other local regulations for calibration.
  • Involving and managing in the new lab set up as per ISO/IEC-17025:2017
  • High Knowledge in ISO Standards such as - ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC-17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17043, ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, ISO 9001:2000
  • Manage documentation related to accreditation.
  • Possess hands-on experience in the calibration of Manual Torque Wrench and Hydraulic Torque Wrench
  • Work with a variety of tools, including Hydraulic Tools, Torquing Tools, Electrical, and Mechanical Tools.
  • Review and generate calibration reports as per NABL & Vestas Norms.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Third-Party inspection, Calibration, and Equipment Maintenance Procedures.
  • Assist with both internal and external audits.
  • Laboratory Management System and Internal Audit as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field and 6+ Years of Relevant Experience
Competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
