Job:Calabrio AnalystLocation:Bangalore / Hyderabad:Knows Calabrio in and out as an application. It\xe2\x80\x99s good to know other Quality management tools like Nice, variant, etc.
They should have experience in Calabrio (QC tool) and can perform analysis and create actionable intelligence from the data.
Can work on reports to share insights and actionable intelligence.
Has decent experience on speech analytics, word/phrase library maintenance, dashboard creation, illogical report creation, report building, predictive analytics, and generating scorecards.
Should be able to drive Quality improvements.
Should have experience handling a team of Quality analyst
