Cake Decorator / Chef Position: Cake Decorator / Chef Location: United Kingdom (UK) Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience Education: Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts (or related field) Responsibilities:

• Create and decorate a variety of cakes and pastries, following design specifications and customer requests.
• Use artistic skills to craft visually appealing and unique cake designs for special occasions and events.
• Prepare cake batters, fillings, and frosting, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Operate and maintain cake decorating tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate cake orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cake decorating area.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest cake decorating trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cake Decorator / Chef with at least 8 to 15 years of experience in a bakery or culinary establishment.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities in cake design and decoration.
• Knowledge of various cake decorating techniques, such as piping, fondant work, and sugarcraft.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in preparing a variety of cake batters, fillings, and frostings.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is required.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
