Note: Candidates from hospitality/hotel industry experience holder are preferred.

Key Tasks and Activities:
• To manage overall operation of Cafeteria.
• Managing & monitoring day-to-day operations of the cafeteria including and not limited to F&B service.
• To support the customer for query.
• To ensure smooth functioning of operation of cafeteria.
• Quick decision maker.
• To make daily MIS & daily reporting to head office.
• Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction
Desired Profile:
• Ability to handle conflict professionally
• Professional Conduct and respect for co-workers
• Additional regional language proficiency is a plus
